An Afternoon Walk

Charlie decided that he didn't need any naps today. Ahem... buddy, trust me, Mommy knows best! Anyway, among a million other things to kill time today, we took a walk around the neighborhood. A loooooooong walk.

Holding Hands ... he's never done this with me for extended periods of time before ... He held my hand almost the whole time ... except for when he needed to reach for a handful of puffs, of course ... :) a memory I will cherish.




"Me ... and My Shadow..."



"Wow! A leaf!"




We are so tall! Charlie didn't like that he couldn't lose his shadow ... he kept trying to step on it and squash it, but it just wouldn't go away!

Belly!

Charlie, like all babies, prefers to walk around without any clothes on.

He is, in fact, quite proud of the little buddha belly he possesses.

He likes to pet it whenever possible!
